摘要
促进低龄老年人再就业,对于我们积极应对人口老龄化冲击,保持经济社会可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。文章对人口老龄化背景下低龄老年人再就业问题进行探讨,阐述了老年人再就业的意义,分析了低龄老年人再就业面临的政策困境、文化困境、社会困境,并基于此提出解决我国低龄老年人再就业问题的应对策略,为实现“老有所为”加持赋能。
Promoting the re-employment of the young elderly is of great practical significance for us to ac-tively cope with the impact of population aging and maintain sustainable economic and social de-velopment.In this paper,the re-employment of young elderly under the background of population aging is discussed,the significance of the re-employment of the elderly is expounded,the policy di-lemma,cultural dilemma and social dilemma faced by the re-employment of young elderly are ana-lyzed,and based on this,the countermeasures to solve the re-employment problem of the elderly in China are proposed,so as to strengthen and empower the realization of“productive aging”.
