我国智慧养老的价值意蕴、现实困境及其应对策略

The Value Implication,Realistic Dilemma and Countermeasures Strategy of Smart Pension in China

智慧养老是一种新兴的养老模式,是应对我国老龄化问题的全新途径,主要包括社区智慧养老、居家智慧养老、机构智慧养老和城市智慧养老四种模式。智慧养老能够有效化解养老资源不足问题,满足老年人多样化需求,推动养老产业健康发展,并且提升现代化社会治理能力。然而,当前智慧养老面临着老年数字鸿沟、数据泄露、人才不足以及缺乏行业标准的困境。因此,需要通过提升老年人的数字素养,提高产品和服务的适老化水平,加强智慧养老人才队伍建设,健全智慧养老的制度体系等措施促进智慧养老的良性发展。

Smart pension is a new pension model and a new way to deal with the aging problem in China,which mainly includes four modes:community smart pension,home smart pension,institution smart pension and city smart pension.Smart pension can effectively solve the problem of insuffi-cient elderly care resources,meet the diversified needs of the elderly,promote the healthy devel-opment of the elderly care industry,and enhance the ability of modern social governance.Howev-er,at present,smart pension faces the dilemma of the elderly digital divide,data leakage,talent shortage and lack of industry standards.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the sound devel-opment of the smart pension industry by improving the digital literacy of the elderly,improving the age-appropriate level of products and services,strengthening the construction of the smart pension talent team,and improving the system of smart pension.
