文章聚焦于老龄化社会背景下,居家养老综合服务平台的应用与发展,分析了当前居家养老服务的主要痛点和问题。通过多维度探讨老龄化对社会各方面的影响,强调了数字经济和平台经济在应对老龄化浪潮中的重要作用。基于大数据和物联网等技术的居家养老综合服务平台,不仅实现了多方信息的有效整合和实时监控,还推动了老年人、家庭及服务提供者之间的良性互动,提升了老年人的生活质量和服务满意度。同时,文章对商业化居家养老平台的信任问题作深入分析,提出了政策支持和未来发展的建议,为应对老龄化社会挑战提供了新思路和新方法。
This paper focuses on the application and development of comprehensive home-based elderly care service platforms in the context of an aging society.It analyzes the main pain points and is-sues in current home-based elderly care services.The paper discusses the impact of aging on var-ious aspects of society from multiple perspectives,emphasizing the important role of the digital economy and platform economy in addressing the challenges of an aging population.By utilizing technologies such as big data and the Internet of Things,comprehensive home-based elderly care service platforms achieve effective integration and real-time monitoring of various types of in-formation,fostering positive interactions between the elderly,their families,and service provid-ers,thereby enhancing the quality of life and service satisfaction for the elderly.Additionally,the paper delves into the trust issues related to commercial home-based elderly care platforms,of-fering policy support and future development recommendations to provide new ideas and meth-ods for addressing the challenges of an aging society.
