我国乡村教育变革探讨

摘要 在乡村振兴背景下,越来越多的学者开始关注乡村教育现状,然而,乡村教育的变革之路仍面临诸多挑战。本研究在先立后破视域下研究乡村教育问题是以主动积极的态度迎接未来乡村教育变革中不确定的危机与挑战,立足乡村并融合城市教育的先进方式和方法提升乡村教育的地位。其次,在先立后破视角下研究我国乡村教育的发展,可以促进城乡教育一体化发展,进一步保障乡村学生接受优秀教育的权力。在先立后破视域下探讨乡村教育的变革方向,要理解“破”与“立”是相对而言的,需要辩证地看待“立”与“破”两个方面,在研究乡村教育时需要考虑到不同区域在政策执行的过程中面临的实际情况。结果是通过在“先立后破”视域下,“立”起符合农村实际情况教育方式,逐步“破”除城乡教育的二元发展模式下乡村教育所面临的困局。 In the context of rural revitalization,more and more scholars are paying attention to the current situation of rural education.How⁃ever,the path of rural education reform still faces many challenges.This study explores rural education issues from the perspective of estab⁃lishing first and then breaking through,in order to proactively embrace the uncertain crises and challenges in future rural education reforms,and to enhance the status of rural education through advanced methods and approaches that integrate urban education with rural areas.Sec⁃ondly,studying the development of rural education in China from the perspective of establishing before breaking can promote the integration of urban and rural education and further safeguard the right of rural students to receive excellent education.Exploring the direction of rural education reform from the perspective of establishing first and then breaking down,it is necessary to understand that"breaking down"and"establishing"are relative,and to dialectically view the two aspects of"establishing"and"breaking down".When studying rural education,it is necessary to consider the actual situation faced by different regions in the process of policy implementation.The result is to gradually"break through"the dilemma faced by rural education under the dual development model of urban-rural education by establishing an educa⁃tional approach that is in line with the actual situation in rural areas from the perspective of"establishing first and then breaking down".
