碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮材料性能研究及其在骨科植入物中的应用综述

摘要 介绍了碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮(carbon fiber reinforced polyetheretherketone,CFPEEK)材料常用的制备方法及其在力学性能、磨损性能、生物相容性、生物活性方面具有的优势,分析了CFPEEK材料在脊柱和关节植入物中的临床应用现状及不足,指出了引入第三方元素或对CFPEEK材料进行结构改性是保证CFPEEK材料在骨科植入物中广泛应用的关键。 The common preparation methods of carbon fiber reinforced polyetheretherketone(CFPEEK)material and its advantages in mechanical property,wear and tear properties,biocompatibility and bioactivity were introduced,and the current situation and disadvantages of CFPEEK material applied in spinal and joint implants were analyzed.It's pointed out the involvement of third-party elements and structural modification were of significance for wide application of CFPEEK material in orthopedic implants.
