摘要
无论知识分子被如何界定,其核心要素始终指向“对世界进行解释”。敏锐性、公共性与俱进性是知识分子的基本特征。不能忽视的是,重申教师作为知识分子是新时代教师身份建构的应有之义。教师职业的意涵、中国传统教育的实践经验以及深化教育改革迫切需要教师成为知识分子。通过深度解读《论语》“为己之学”,可以发现教师作为知识分子的前提要素是教师能够学以悦己,学以冶己是教师作为知识分子的基本立场,同时教师作为知识分子应以学以尽己为精神追求。新时代需要彰显教师作为知识分子的身份,既需要培育教师的理论自觉,也需要塑构教师文化涂层,同时教师自身要汲取传统思维方式中的智慧,在“平和的适应”与“深刻的追求”间保持张力。
Regardless of how intellectuals are defined,their core element always points to“interpreting the world”.Sensitivity,publicness,and progressiveness are fundamental characteristics of intellectuals.It is essential to emphasize that reiterating the role of teachers as intellectuals is an inherent part of constructing teacher identities in the new era.The meaning of the teaching profession itself,the practical experience of traditional Chinese education,and the deeper education reform all necessitate that teachers become intellectuals.Through a deep interpretation of Confucius's idea of“learning for oneself”,it can be observed that the prerequisite for teachers as intellectuals is their ability to find joy in learning,while the foundational stance of teachers as intellectuals is rooted in self-cultivation through learning.And teachers as intellectuals should strive for a spirit of pursuing knowledge to the fullest extent.The new era requires a distinct recognition of teachers as intellectuals,which necessitates cultivating teachers'theoretical awareness and shaping their cultural perspectives.Additionally,teachers themselves should draw wisdom from traditional ways of thinking,maintaining a balance between“harmonious adaptation”and“profound pursuit”.
