2010-2019年我国煤矿生产事故特征及规律分析

Analysis on Characteristics and Law of Coal Mine Production Accidents in China 2010-2019

摘要 煤矿安全生产对于我国经济发展具有重要意义.基于梳理统计方法分析了2010-2019年我国重特大煤矿安全生产事故,研究了我国煤矿事故灾害现状、发展趋势、事故类型、地域特征、时间特征五个方面.研究结果表明:我国煤矿安全形势整体上呈转好趋势,煤矿事故发生数和事故导致的死亡人数呈下降态势,但在2016年出现了波动;瓦斯爆炸事故随时间推移具有明显的波动性,其他煤矿事故发生次数和死亡人数随着时间的推移呈递减趋势,煤矿瓦斯事故发生重特大事故发生数和死亡人数最多,是未来煤矿事故防治的重点;全国将近70%的重特大煤矿事故集中发生在8个省,平均重特大煤矿事故死亡人数最多的省份是河南省,为23.81人/次,其次是四川省,为22.2人/次;每年的3、4、8、9、10月重特大煤矿事故发生次数较多,并在每月29日最易发生事故. Coal mine safety production is of great significance to the economic development of our country.Through statistics 2010-2019,China's major coal mine safety accidents,this paper studies the present situation,development trend,accident type,regional characteristics and time characteristics of coal mine accident disaster in China.The results show that the situation of coal mine safety production in China is gradually improving,the overall number of accidents and deaths is declining,but in 2016,the number of major coal mine accidents and deaths rebounded;The gas explosion accident has obvious fluctuation over time,the number of accidents and deaths in other coal mines are decreasing over time,coal and gas outburst and gas explosion accidents account for a large proportion of major coal mine accidents,is the future coal mine accident prevention and control key;Nearly 70 percent of major coal mine accidents in the country are concentrated in eight provinces,the province with the highest average death toll from major coal mine accidents is Henan Province,23.81 persons/times,next up is Sichuan,22.2 person/times;Every year in 3,4,8,9,October,and in the 29th of each month the most prone to accidents.
