大数据时代经济法面临的困境与规制研究

The Dilemma and Regulation of Economic Law in the Era of Big Data

经济法是规范经济行为、维护市场秩序的重要手段,我国原有经济法主要聚焦于传统经济领域,其法律法规具有一定的滞后性和不适应性,在快速变化的大数据浪潮下,其响应速度和适用范围受到了限制,不足以全面指引和支持多样化的经济行为。因此,本文从大数据时代对经济法的要求出发,详细分析大数据时代下经济法面临的困境,进而提出经济法规制的相关建议,即重视规则创新、借助科技手段、加强信息交流、强化跨学科研究,以期促进经济法的发展与完善。

Driven by the rapid development of information technology and economic globalization,the world has entered the era of big data,and all kinds of information have witnessed explosive growth,which has brought great challenges and valuable opportunities for the development of various industries.Economic law is an important means to regulate economic behavior and maintain market order.China’s original economic law was mainly focused on the traditional economic field,and its laws and regulations had a certain lag and inadaptability.Under the rapidly changing big data wave,its response speed and scope of application were limited,which was not enough to guide and support diversified economic behaviors comprehensively.Therefore,economic law needs to adapt to the needs of the new era and carry out necessary updates and adjustments.This paper analyzes the dilemma faced by economic law in the era of big data,and puts forward rele-vant suggestions on the regulation of economic law,in order to promote the development and perfection of economic law.
