高校法治工作建设的几点思考

Some Reflections on the Construction of Legal Work in Universities

中国特色社会主义新时代下,高等院校聚焦内涵式发展,办学自主权加强,法治化治理需求凸显。师生对民主、法治、公平、正义的呼声高涨,期望参与治理并保障权益。因此,依法治校、加强法治工作是解决高校发展问题、推动治理现代化的关键。自2020年7月,教育部通过《意见》和法治工作会议,明确高校法治工作方向。同时,制定《测评指标》全面规划法治工作。本文从高校法律身份出发,进行风险推演,旨在精准识别法律风险,确保高校法治工作顺利推进,深入发展。

In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,colleges and universities focus on conno-tative development,strengthen the autonomy of running schools,and highlight the need for rule of law governance.Teachers and students have a strong demand for democracy,rule of law,fair-ness,and justice,and expect to participate in governance and protect their rights and interests.Therefore,governing schools according to law and strengthening the rule of law are the keys to solving the problem of developing colleges and universities and promoting the modernization of governance.Since July 2020,the Ministry of Education has adopted the Opinions and the Rule of Law Work Conference,clarifying the direction of rule of law work in colleges and universities.At the same time,formulate“Evaluation Indicators”to comprehensively plan rule of law work.This paper starts from the legal identity of colleges and universities and conducts risk deduction,aim-ing to accurately identify legal risks and ensure the smooth progress and in-depth development of the rule of law in universities.
