数字经济时代我国《劳动法》的挑战与转型探讨

Exploring the Challenges and Transformation of China’s Labour Law in the Age of Digital Economy

摘要 法律是一个国家的根本,国无法则不能立足于世界。数字经济的迅速发展推动了社会生产力和经济的增长,但也对现行《劳动法》提出了新的挑战。传统的劳动基准制度已难以适应数字经济时代的新型劳动形态。本文分析了数字经济对劳动市场的影响,探讨了现行《劳动法》的局限性,并提出了相应的转型路径,以保障新型劳动关系中的劳动者权益。 Law is the foundation of a nation,and a nation cannot stand in the world without it.The rapid de-velopment of the digital economy has boosted social productivity and economic growth,but it has also posed new challenges to existing Labour Law.The traditional labour standard system has been difficult to adapt to the new labour pattern in the digital economy era.This paper analyses the im-pact of the digital economy on the labour market,discusses the limitations of the current Labour Law,and proposes a corresponding transformation path to protect the rights and interests of work-ers in the new type of labour relations.
