摘要
城镇化是国家现代化的必由之路。全球经过200年、四次城镇化浪潮后,发展中国家成为城镇化主体。中国自改革开放以来,经历了全球规模最大、持续时间最长的城镇化进程,大量农民进入城市工作和生活,带动了产业升级和城市功能提升,也使得城镇体系和空间布局发生巨大变化。展望2035年,我国城镇化仍有较大的增长潜力,当然需要通过新的经济发展动能、居民消费水平的提高、满足居民多样化的需求来得到激发。另外,中国新型城镇化的发展趋势,还与国家经济发展方式的深刻变革、绿色低碳的技术集成、房地产发展新模式的构建息息相关。
Urbanization is a necessary path for national modernization.After four waves of urbanization worldwide over the past 200 years,developing countries have now become the mainstay of urbanization.Since reform and openness,China has been through the world's largest and longest urbanization process,which has enabled a large number of farmers to work and live in the urban areas,which keep facilitating the upgrade of industrial structures and urban functions,brought about significant changes in the urban system and spatial layout.Looking forward to 2035,there still has significant potential for the urbanization of China.Yet,new economic driving force,improved consumption level and diverse products that could coincide with the multiple needs of people,is of the essence to motive the whole urbanization process.In addition,the trend of China's new urbanization is closely related to the profound transformation of economic development mode,the integration of green and low-carbon technologies,and the construction of new models of real estate development.
