摘要
本文针对一台110kV变压器绝缘油中乙炔和总烃含量异常,结合历史跟踪曲线,诊断该变压器内部存在高温过热故障,通过停电试验,发现低压绕组直流电阻平衡率不合格,经解体检查确认该变压器低压绕组b相套管导电杆与绕组引线连接处存在接触不良,经现场缺陷处理后,跟踪该变压器投入运行后绝缘油中气体正常。
This article focuses on the abnormal content of acetylene and total hydrocarbons in the insulation oil of a 110kV transformer.Based on historical tracking curves,it is diagnosed that there is a high temperature and overheating fault inside the transformer.Through power outage tests,it is found that the DC resistance balance rate of the low-voltage winding is not qualified.After physical examination,it is confirmed that there is poor contact at the connection between the B-phase bushing conductor and the winding lead of the low-voltage winding of the transformer.After on-site defect treatment,the gas in the insulation oil is normal after the transformer is put into operation.
