摘要
针对丁腈手套废水碳氮比低、难生物降解、温度较高、乳胶堵膜等特点,从对手套生产原料及生产工艺进行分析,到特征废水处理的试验验证和工艺比选,同时参考现有工程实例,确定了丁腈废水处理及中水回用的优化工艺。该项目处理水量为1×10^(4) m^(3)/d,其中5 000 m^(3)/d满足《橡胶制品工业污染物排放标准》(GB 27632—2011)中新建企业间接排放标准和《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T 31962—2015)中A级标准,另外5 000 m3/d满足《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》(GB/T 50050—2017)中表6.1.3标准后回用于生产。
Based on the characteristics of nitrile glove production wastewater such as low carbon‑to‑nitrogen ratio,biorefractory,high water temperature,latex blocking membrane,this study begins with the analysis of the raw materials and process for nitrile glove production,to the experimental research and wastewater treatment process comparison,and refer to existing wastewater examples.An optimized processes for nitrile production wastewater treatment and reclaimed water reuse was established.The scale of water treatment plant is 10000 m^(3)/d,of which 5000 m^(3)/d is discharged to meet indirect emission standards for new enterprises in the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Rubber Products Industry(GB 27632-2011)and level A standard in Wastewater Quality Standards for Discharge to Municipal Sewers(GB/T 31962-2015),other 5000 m^(3)/d meet the standards in table 6.1.3 in Code for Design of Industrial Recirculating Cooling Water Treatment(GB/T 50050-2017)and is used for production.
