内质网应激信号通路在骨关节炎中的研究进展

Research progress of endoplasmic reticulum stress signaling pathway in osteoarthritis

骨关节炎(Osteoarthritis,OA)是一种年龄相关的慢性退行性关节疾病,具有巨大的临床危害。内质网应激(Endoplasmic reticulum stress,ERS)是内质网中出现大量错误折叠或未折叠蛋白质过度堆积时机体启动的一种保护性应激反应。越来越多的研究证实ERS在骨关节炎的发病机制中扮演了重要角色,但具体机制仍不清楚。本文就ERS与OA的联系及其研究进展进行综述,以期为OA的治疗提供参考。

Osteoarthritis(OA)is an age-associated chronic degenerative joint disease with significant clinical hazard.Endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)is a protective stress response initiated by the body when there is an excessive accumulation of large amounts of misfolded or unfolded proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum.A growing number of studies confirm that ERS plays an important role in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis,but the exact mechanism remains unclear.This article reviews the association between ERS and OA and its research progress,with a view to providing a research basis for the treatment of OA.
