课程思政建设中思政课教师的参与问题:解析与应对

摘要 思政课教师参与课程思政建设既有利于提高课程思政建设的质量也有利于提升思政课教学实效。当前思政课教师参与课程思政建设主要存在参与面不够宽、参与度不够深、参与性不够高的问题。要改进思政课教师参与课程思政建设的现状,可以从“加强学习,提升认识”“建立机制,促进协同”“强化激励,支持引导”和“加强考核,以评促建”等四个方面发力。 The participation of ideological and political theory teachers in the construction of curriculum-based ideological and political education is conducive not only to improving such construction but also to enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political theory teaching.Currently,this kind of participation has such problem as,including insufficient breadth of participation,inadequate depth of participation,and low degree of participation.To address these problems,efforts can be made from the following four aspects:strengthening learning to enhance awareness,establishing mechanisms to promote collaboration,reinforcing incentives to provide guidance,and enhancing assessment to promote construction.
