Reflections on"Writing Papers on the Land of Our Motherland":A Perspective from Academic Journals

为了澄清将“把论文写在祖国大地上”等同于把论文发表在国内的认识偏差,促进各界正确理解论述内涵,该文基于问卷调查、文献调研和网络调研,从学术期刊视角对认识偏差进行分类辨析。“把论文写在祖国大地上”是面向广义科技工作者的一种价值导向,认识偏差产生于对该论述的具象和狭义化,将中文期刊与国际期刊对立化以及将中国主办的英文期刊与国际期刊剥离化。

This study aims to clarify the misconception that"writing papers on the land of our motherland"is equivalent to publishing papers domestically,and to promote a correct understanding of its connotations across various sectors.Through questionnaire surveys,literature reviews,and online research,this study categorizes and analyzes the misconceptions."Writing papers on the land of our motherland"embodies a value orientation for the general scientific and technological workers.Misconceptions arise from the concretization and narrow interpretation of this discourse,as well as the dichotomization between Chinese and international journals and the detachment between Chinese-hosted English journals and international ones.
