新质生产力视角下产学研深度融合人才培养的创新模式与协同机制

Innovative Models and Collaborative Mechanisms for the Deep Integration of Industry,Academia and Research in Talent Cultivation from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

摘要 加强产学研深度融合人才培养,既是新形势下我国实现高质量发展的时代要求和新兴领域创新人才队伍快速壮大的重要举措,也是高校作为创新人才培养“主阵地”的题中之义。当前,产学研深度融合人才培养需要克服教育理念与方式亟待更新、拔尖创新人才培养机制不健全、校企导向不同与教学科研失衡导致的动力不足、融合的组织机制有待完善等诸多问题和挑战。面对新时代产学研深度融合人才培养的新形势新要求,高校要在人才培养的方向、方法、路径上精准发力,大力推进人才培养模式创新,要在学科共建、平台搭建、开放合作等方面深融互促,积极构建人才培养协同机制,为推动新质生产力加速形成和发展增势赋能,推进中国高等教育坚定走好新时代人才自主培养之路。 ion:Strengthening the deep integration of industry,academia and research in talent cultivation is not only an important measure for China to achieve high-quality development in the new situation and for the rapid growth of innovative talent teams in emerging fields,but also an essential aspect of universities as the"main batlefield"for cultivating innovative talents.At present,the deep integration of industry,academia and research in talent cultivation needs to overcome many problems and challenges,such as the urgent need to update educational concepts and methods,the incomplete mechanism for cultivating top-notch innovative talents,the lack of motivation caused by different school enterprise orientations and imbalances in teaching and research,and the need to improve the organizational mechanism for integration.In the face of the new situation and new requirements for the deep integration of industry,academia and research in talent cultivation in the new era,universities should make precise efforts in the direction,methods and paths of talent cultivation,vigorously promote innovation in talent cultivation models,deeply integrate and promote discipline co construction,platform construction,open cooperation and other aspects,actively build a collaborative mechanism for talent cultivation,empower the acceleration of the formation and development of new quality productivity,and promote China's higher education to firmly follow the path of independent talent cultivation in the new era.
