在“三全育人”理念的指导下,构建高校大思政育人格局已成为新时代高等教育的重要使命。这一格局旨在通过全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人三个维度,促进学生德智体美劳全面发展。具体而言,介绍了“三全育人”的内涵,分析了“三全育人”理念与高校大思政育人的内在契合逻辑,提出“三全育人”理念下高校大思政育人格局的构建策略,需要完善思政课程体系,发挥全体教师的育人功能,深化思政教育的过程管理,同时不断拓展大思政教育的空间。

Under the guidance of the concept of“three comprehensive education”,the construction of a pattern of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has become an important mission of higher education in the new era.This pattern aims to promote the all-round development of students'morality,intelligence,physical fitness,art and labor through the three dimensions of full education,full education and all-round education.Specifically,this paper introduces the connotation of“three comprehensive education”,analyzes the internal fit logic between the concept of“three comprehensive education”and the ideological and political education of colleges and universities,and puts forward the construction strategy of the pattern of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the concept of“three comprehensive education”.
