摘要
高职学前教育专业实习是培养学前教育师资的重要途径。本研究基于扎根理论,运用叙事研究法探索高职学前教育专业学生实习成长现状。研究发现,高职学前教育专业学生在实习过程中呈现出“飘摇”至“确固”的成长路径:在实习中,学前教育专业学生经历了从文化认同不足、兴趣缺失,到能力提升、情感矛盾,再到成长思考、方向坚定的过程。
Vocational college preschool education internships are an important way to cultivate preschool education teachers.Based on grounded theory and using narrative research methods,this study explores the growth status of vocational college preschool education students during internships.The study found that vocational college preschool education students show a growth path from"uncertainty"to"firmness"during the internship process,which means during the internship process,preschool education students experience a path from inadequate cultural identity and interest to improved abilities and emotional conflicts,and finally to growth reflection,and firm direction.
