昆明市已婚育龄女性再生育意愿影响因素研究

Study on the influencing factors of willingness to have another child in married women of childbearing age in Kunming

目的调查昆明市已婚育龄女性再生育意愿及其影响因素,为制定提高生育相关政策提供参考依据。方法采用分层方便抽样法抽取昆明市5个区555名已婚已生育一孩育龄女性作为调查对象,调查个人特征、社会特征、家庭特征、生育意愿,采用多元logistic回归分析进行数据分析。结果是否为独生子女、职业、生育状况、一孩主要照护者和共同居住的家庭总人口数对已婚育龄女性再生育意愿有一定影响(均P<0.05)。多元logistic回归分析显示:独生子女是中生育意愿的保护因素(OR=0.550),已育一孩是中生育意愿、高生育意愿的保护因素(OR=0.134、0.044)。结论昆明市已婚育龄女性生育意愿不高,目前生育现状是影响人们生育意愿的重要因素,已育一孩的受访者生育三胎意愿低于已育二孩的受访者。

Objective To investigate the willingness of married women of childbearing age in Kunming to have another child and the influencing factors,provide a reference basis for formulation of policies related to improving childbearing.Methods A stratified convenient sampling method was used to select 555 married women of childbearing age in five districts of Kunming City,the personal characteristics,social characteristics,family characteristics,and fertility intention of the respondents were investigated,multivariate logistic regression a-nalysis was used for data analysis.Results Whether one child,occupation,fertility status,main caregiver of one child,and number of family members living together had certain impact on the willingness of married women of childbearing age to have another child(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that only child was the protective factor of medium fertility intention(OR=0.550),and hav-ing one child was the protective factors for both medium and high fertility intention(OR=0.134,0.044).Conclusion Married women of childbearing age in Kunming have low fertility intention,the current fertility status is an important factor influencing fertility intention,and the intention to have three children is lower in respondents who have had one child than that who have had two children.
