二元视角下的健康教育对老年女性压力性损伤患者创面愈合不良反应及满意度的影响

Effects of health education on wound healing adverse reactions and satisfaction in elderly female patients with stress injury from a dual perspective

摘要 目的探讨二元视角下的健康教育对老年女性压力性损伤(PI)患者创面愈合、不良反应及满意度的影响。方法选取2023年4月—2023年12月绍兴文理学院附属医院收治的100例老年女性PI患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组予以常规健康教育模式进行干预,观察组采用基于二元视角下的健康教育模式进行干预。采用压力性损伤愈合计分量表(PUSH)评估创面愈合情况,采用该院自制考核量表评估PI知识内容掌握情况,统计并比较两组患者不良反应发生情况并对健康教育进行满意度评估。结果干预后,与对照组患者PUSH评分中的面积(6.58±0.55)分、渗液量(1.73±0.35)分、损伤程度(2.12±0.25)分比较,观察组患者面积(5.20±0.31)分、渗液量(1.20±0.21)分、损伤程度(1.29±0.18)分均降低,差异均有统计学意义(t=15.460、9.182、19.050,均P<0.05)。干预后,与对照组Braden评分(10.54±1.69)分、压疮知识考核(76.31±4.30)分比较,观察组患者的Braden评分(12.25±1.42)分、压疮知识考核(89.40±5.25)分升高,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.478、13.640,均P<0.05)。干预后,与对照组轻度损伤(40.00%)、重度损伤(24.00%)比较,观察组轻度损伤发生率(68.00%)显著升高,重度损伤发生率(4.00%)显著降低(χ^(2)=7.890、8.306,P<0.05),两组中度人数比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.735,P>0.05)。对照组患者不良反应发生率为22.00%,观察组为6.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.316,P<0.05)。对照组患者满意度为82.00%,观察组为96.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05)。结论二元视角下的健康教育对于促进老年女性PI患者的创面愈合具有积极推动作用,且对改善患者的不良反应及提高患者的满意度均具有重要意义。 Objective To explore the effects of health education on wound healing,adverse reactions and satisfaction in elderly female patients with stress injury(PI)from a dual perspective.Methods 100 elderly female patients with PI admitted to the Affliated Hospital of Shaoxing University of Arts and Sciences from April 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the conventional health education mode,and the observation group was treated with the health education mode based on the dual perspective.The wound healing situation was evaluated with the Stress Injury Healing Scoring Scale(PUSH),the mastery of PI knowledge content was evalu-ated with the self-made assessment scale of the hospital,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups of patients were counted and compared,and the satisfaction of health education was evaluated.Results After intervention,compared with the control group,the ar-ea of PUSH score was(6.58±0.55),the amount of seepage was(1.73±0.35)and the degree of injury was(2.12±0.25).In the obser-vation group,patients'area(5.20±0.31)min,fluid volume(1.20±0.21)min and injury degree(1.29±0.18)min were all decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(t=15.460,9.182,19.050,P<0.05).After intervention,compared with the control group,the Braden score(10.54±1.69)score and pressure ulcer knowledge test(76.31±4.30)score,Bmden score(12.25±1.42)score and pressure ulcer knowledge test(89.40±5.25)score of the observation group were increased.The differences were statistically significant(t=5.478,13.640,P<0.05).After intervention,compared with the control group,the incidence of mild injury(40.00%)and severe injury(24.00%)was significantly increased in the observation group(68.00%),while the incidence of severe injury(4.00%)was signif-icantly decreased in the observation group(χ^(2)=7.890,8.306,P<0.05),there was no statistical significance in the moderate population between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.735,P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 22.00% in control group and 6.00% in observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.316,P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in control group was 82.00%,and that in observation group was 96.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05).Conclusion Health educa-tion from the dual perspective plays a positive role in promoting wound healing in elderly female patients with PI,and is of great significance in improving patients'adverse reactions and improving patients'satisfaction.
