国内医养结合研究热点和发展趋势的可视化分析

The visual analysis of the research hotspots and development trends of the modelof combination of medicine treatment and maintenance in China

目的探讨国内医养结合模式的研究热点与发展趋势,为我国健康养老服务业提供参考。方法以CNKI数据库为文献来源,检索2013—2023年有关医养结合的文献,利用CiteSpace 6.2.2可视化软件从作者、关键词、发文机构等角度进行可视化分析。结果共纳入341篇文献,年发文量总体呈增长趋势,刘晓梅在此领域最活跃,发文量占首位的机构是东北经济大学公共管理学院。高频关键词有医养结合、养老服务、老龄化、养老模式等。结论养老服务、健康养老、社区养老和机构养老分别为医养结合的研究热点和发展趋势。我国医疗领域的发文量仍较少,缺乏医疗领域的核心期刊,说明我国医疗行业在该领域的研究仍不足,智慧养老是未来医养结合的发展方向,建立符合国情的、多样化的医养结合模式,开展医养结合相关技能培训,培养优质护理员,提升医养结合护理水平是未来的发展趋势。

Objective To explore the research hotspots and development trends of the combination of medical treatment and maintenance in China,and to provide reference for the development of the service industry for the aged in China.Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database was used as the literature source to retrieve the literature on the combination of medical treatment and maintenance from 2013 to 2023.CiteSpace 6.2.2 visualization software was used for visual analysis from the perspective of authors,keywords and publishing institutions.Results A total of 341 literatures were included,and the annual number of publications showed an overall growth trend.Liu Xiaomei was the most active in this field,and the institution with the highest number of publications was the School of Public Administration,Northeastern University of Economics.High-frequency keywords included combination of medical treatment and maintenance,elderly care service,aging,elderly care model,etc.Conclusion Elderly care service,health care for the aged,community care for the aged,and institutional care for the aged are the research hotspots and development trends of the combination of medical treatment and maintenance,respectively.However,the number of articles published in the medical field in China is still small,and there is a lack of core journals in the medical field,indicating that the research of the medical industry in this field is still insufficient.Intelligent elderly care is the future development direction of the combination of medical treatment and maintenance.It is necessary to establish a diversified model in line with the national conditions,carry out relevant skills training,and train high-quality nursing assistants.Improving the level of medical treatment and maintenance is the future development trend.
