1例严重慢性酒精中毒性脑病报道

A case report of severe chronic alcohol encephalopathy

慢性酒精中毒性脑病是长期饮酒造成的慢性酒精中毒所致的脑损害,是作用于脑组织产生的慢性、容易复发的脑疾病。本文报告我院收治的1例典型酒精中毒性脑病患者的诊疗过程,回顾性分析了该病例的基本资料、发病特点、临床表现、影像学特点及诊治经过,为临床诊断及治疗本病提供参考。本研究提示,临床医生有必要增强对酒精中毒的相关认知,提高对严重慢性酒精中毒性脑病的辨识能力,重视对公众的饮酒危害教育,倡导健康生活方式。重点关注预防慢性酒精中毒性脑病措施的研究,特别是对长期嗜饮酒者应尽早戒酒干预,减少酒精损伤,提高生活质量,防止慢性酒精性脑病的发生。

Chronic alcoholic encephalopathy is a kind of brain damage caused by chronic alcoholism caused by long-term alcohol drinking.It is a kind of chronic and recurrent brain disease.This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment of a typical case of alcoholic encephalopathy in our hospital.The basic data,clinical features,imaging features and the course of diagnosis and treatment of this case were analyzed retrospectively,to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.This study suggests that it is necessary for the clinician to enhance the cognition of alcoholism,to improve the ability of identifying severe chronic alcoholic encephalopathy,to pay attention to the education of the harm of drinking to the public,and to advocate a healthy life style.We should pay more attention to the research on the measures of preventing chronic alcoholic encephalopathy,especially to the long-term alcoholics,we should give up alcohol as soon as possible,reduce the damage of alcohol,improve the quality of life and prevent the occurrence of chronic alcoholic encephalopathy.
