耳部全息铜砭刮痧对肝阳上亢型原发性高血压患者睡眠质量的效果观察

The effect of holographic copper scraping on sleep quality in patients with primary hypertension

目的探讨耳部全息铜砭刮痧疗法对肝阳上亢型原发性高血压伴有失眠患者的血压值和睡眠质量的影响。方法选取福建中医药大学附属人民医院2022年7月至2024年1月收治的122例肝阳上亢型高血压患者,随机将患者分为对照组61例和试验组61例。对照组采取眩晕病中医护理方案进行常规护理,试验组采取在常规护理基础上增加耳部全息铜砭刮痧治疗的方案,观察和比较两组治疗前后的血压值、睡眠质量和中医证候积分的变化。结果干预后试验组血压水平、睡眠质量评分和中医证候积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),中医证候总有效率提高。结论对于肝阳上亢型原发性高血压患者,耳部全息铜砭刮痧可帮助降低血压水平,改善睡眠质量,提高临床疗效。

Objective To explore the effect of ear holographic copper scraping therapy on blood pressure value and sleep quality in patients with essential hypertension with insomnia.Methods 122 patients with liver Yang type hypertension from Fujian university affiliated people's hospital of traditional Chinese medicine during July 2022 to January 2024 were selected,randomly divided into control group(61 cases)and test group(61 cases),the control group to vertigo TCM care plan for routine care,the test group on the basis of routine care increase ear holographic copper scrapping treatment scheme,observe and compare the two groups before and after treatment of blood pressure value,sleep quality and the change of TCM syndrome integral.Results After the intervention,the blood pressure level,sleep quality score and TCM syndrome score of the test group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total response rate of TCM syndrome was improved.Conclusion For patients with primary hypertension,ear holographic copper scraping can help reduce blood pressure level,improve sleep quality and improve clinical efficacy.
