摘要
沥青蜡含量是影响道路沥青性能的关键指标,被广泛应用于道路建设行业。目前,该测定仪未有统一的国家技术规范。因此,为了满足其计量需求,提高检测的准确性,本文对结构组成、测量标准及配套设备、校准方法、数据处理进行分析和探讨,并对温度示值误差和温度波动度进行不确定度评定。结果表明:该方法具有可行性,可为测定仪的校准提供参考。
Asphalt wax content is a key index affecting the performance of road asphalt,which is widely used in road construction industry.At present,there is no unified national technical specification for the instrument.Therefore,in order to meet the measurement needs and improve the accuracy of detection,this paper analyzes and discusses the structure composition,measurement standards and supporting equipment,calibration methods and data processing,and evaluates the uncertainty of temperature indication error and temperature fluctuation.The results show that the method is feasible and can provide reference for the calibration of the measuring instrument.
