摘要
为确保螺纹样板的螺距、牙型半角等参数的准确性和可靠性,提升测量的效率,本文通过介绍以闪测仪代替传统影像式测量仪测量螺纹样板的方法,并对测量过程和数据进行分析,提出了准确的测量方法、测量模型和测量不确定度。同时,通过原理分析和试验比较,为螺纹样板的校准提供了参考。
In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the pitch and half Angle of the thread template and improve the measurement efficiency,this paper introduces the method of measuring the thread template by using the flash measuring instrument instead of the traditional image measuring instrument,analyzes the measurement process and data,and puts forward the accurate measurement method,measurement model and measurement uncertainty.At the same time,through the principle analysis and test comparison,the reference is provided for the calibration of thread template.
