摘要
选取2001—2021年作为研究时段,以全国287个地级市为基本研究单元,使用三阶段DEA模型测度出城市创新效率值。采用ArcGIS空间技术进行南北地区城市创新效率差异的时空格局演变特征分析,借助变异系数、Dagum基尼系数及其分解法测度南北地区城市创新效率的差异来源情况等。结合ESDA空间分析技术、通过全局和局部空间自相关指数研究南北地区城市创新效率空间集聚特征,旨在为中国优化区域创新战略、构建创新型国家提供研究视角与改进思路。
This paper selects 2001-2021 as the research period,takes 287 cities at the prefecture-level and above in China as the basic research unit,and uses the three-stage DEA model to measure the value of urban innovation efficiency.Using ArcGIS space technology to analyze the spatio-temporal pattern evolution characteristics of the differences in urban innovation efficiency between the north and south regions,and measuring the sources of the differences in urban innovation efficiency between the north and south regions using coefficient of variation,Dagum Gini coefficient,and their decomposition methods.Combining ESDA spatial analysis technology,this paper studies the spatial agglomeration characteristics of urban innovation efficiency in the north and south regions through global and local spatial auto-correlation indices,aiming to provide research perspectives and improvement ideas for optimizing regional innovation strategy and building an innovative country in China.
