蔬菜产地处理过程碳排放模型建立与计算分析

摘要 近年来人们对优质蔬菜的需求不断增加,蔬菜产地处理环节的应用率不断提高,由此势必会增设大量的产地冷链设备与其他产地处理设备,从而增加蔬菜产地处理过程的碳排放量。本文基于蔬菜产地处理的具体环节和碳排放来源类别,采用排放因子法构建了蔬菜产地处理过程的碳排放计算模型。通过计算得出,每1 kg蔬菜在整个产地处理过程中会产生0.134千克的碳排放。基于碳排放模型计算结果分析,本文从减少采收损失、缩短贮藏时间、重复使用外包装三个方面对蔬菜产地处理过程碳减排提出了相应建议。 In recent years,people's demand for high-quality vegetables has been increasing,and the application rate of vegetable treatment in producing area has been increasing,which is bound to add a large number of cold chain equipment and other production area treatment equipment,thereby increasing the carbon emissions of vegetable treatment process.In this paper,the carbon emission model of vegetable treatment in producing area is developed by using emission factor method.From the calculation results,it can be concluded that 1kg vegetables in whole vegetable treatment process will produce 0.134 carbon emissions.Based on the analytical results of the carbon emission,some suggestions on carbon emission reduction in vegetable processing has been proposed from three aspects:reducing harvesting loss,decreasing storage time and reusing outer packaging.
