摘要
在现阶段的多层和高层冷库建筑设计中,对于垂直提升设备的运载效率,行业的设计标准中仅给出了估算方法,缺少对运载效率的定量计算。本文通过对垂直提升设备的运用场景进行分析,提出了垂直提升设备运载效率的定量计算方法。通过对比垂直提升设备的运营效率的实际测量值与理论计算值,发现计算误差在3.8%以内,对实际工程应用有一定的参考价值。此计算方法可以为冷库设计中垂直提升设备的数量及选型提供参考。
In the current architectural design of multi-story and high-rise cold storage,the industry's design standards only provide estimation methods for the carrying efficiency of vertical lifting equipment,lacking quantitative calculations for carrying efficiency.This article summarizes and analyzes the application scenarios of vertical lifting transportation equipment,and proposes a quantitative calculation method for the carrying efficiency of vertical lifting equipment.Finally,by comparing and verifying the actual measurement values of the operational efficiency of vertical lifting transportation equipment with the theoretical calculation values,it was found that the calculation error could be controlled within 3.8%,which has certain reference value for proposing practical engineering applications.This calculation method can provide a reference for the quantity and selection of vertical transportation lifting equipment in cold storage design.
