摘要
我国速冻机与国外相比效率低、能耗大,其中进出料口冷量的外泄是造成速冻机效率低的主要原因之一。本文从进出料口的幕帘结构入手,建立三种幕帘结构模型,采用仿真模拟的方法,计算了不同种幕帘下速冻机内部温度的变化,对比分析发现两道橡胶幕帘的保冷能力最强,增设进出料口幕帘可以有效减少速冻机内部冷空气外漏。研究结果表明,速冻机进出料口的幕帘在速冻过程中起到关键作用的结构,合适的幕帘设计能够有效地隔离速冻室内外的冷热空气,防止冷空气的流失,从而提高速冻能效,研究结果对速冻机进出料口的设计提供了理论依据。
Compared with foreign countries,China's quick freezing machines have low efficiency and high energy consumption,among which the leakage of cold capacity at the inlet and outlet is one of the main reasons for the low efficiency of quick freezing machines.This article starts with the curtain structure of the inlet and outlet,establishes three curtain structure models,and uses simulation methods to calculate the changes in internal temperature of the quick freezing machine under different curtain structures.Comparative analysis shows that the two rubber curtains have the strongest cooling capacity.Adding inlet and outlet curtain structures can effectively reduce the leakage of cold air inside the quick freezing machine.The research results indicate that the curtain at the inlet and outlet of the quick freezing machine plays a key role in the quick freezing process.A suitable curtain design can effectively isolate the hot and cold air inside and outside the quick freezing room,prevent the loss of cold air,and thus improve the efficiency of quick freezing.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the design of the inlet and outlet of the quick freezing machine.
