广西地区预制菜冷链物流发展策略研究

摘要 随着我国经济的不断发展,人们的生活节奏也随之加快,预制菜作为一种简单方便的食材,非常适合当前的时代,因此市场规模逐年增长。与传统菜品相比,预制菜是一个菜品的半成品,消费者更关注预制菜的菜品口感和安全性,这两个要素都与冷链物流的保障密不可分,因此冷链物流的水平是地区预制菜产业发展的关键。本文以广西地区为视角,通过与发达省份预制菜市场的对比,深入挖掘冷链物流发展过程中所面临的挑战。结合现代冷链物流技术的发展和政策方向,提出三个切实可行的发展对策,包括标准化建设、冷链物流体系完善和品牌建设三方面,旨在助力地区冷链物流发展,并为广西预制菜行业持续健康发展提供有益参考。 As China's economy continues to flourish,the pace of life has concurrently quickened,rendering prefabricated dishes,characterized by their ease of preparation and convenience,as quintessential to contemporary living.This has led to a consistent annual expansion in the market for such products.Distinguished from conventionally prepared meals,prefabricated dishes are categorized as semi-finished culinary products,where consumer preferences are heavily skewed towards palatability and safety—attributes that are fundamentally contingent upon the efficacy of cold chain logistics.Therefore,the advancement of cold chain logistics is a critical determinant in the regional expansion of the prefabricated dishes sector.This scholarly work centers on the Guangxi region to scrutinize the developmental impediments within the cold chain logistics domain by drawing comparisons with the prepared vegetable markets in more economically developed provinces.The study amalgamates the progression of state-of-theart cold chain logistics technologies with current policy frameworks,thereby delineating three strategic developmental initiatives:the establishment of industry standards,the refinement of the cold chain logistics infrastructure,and the cultivation of brand identity.These proposed interventions are crafted to fortify the regional cold chain logistics industry and to provide substantive guidance for the enduring and vigorous progression of Guangxi's prefabricated dishes industry.
