摘要
中药发酵是一种重要的中药炮制技术,将益生菌运用于中草药发酵,使中草药具有药效提高、毒副作用减弱等优点,可以更好地发挥中草药在临床治疗中的作用。益生菌作为中草药发酵的重要微生物,两者相辅相成,将进一步推动中草药发酵的现代化应用。本文阐述了益生菌发酵中草药的菌株种类,详细介绍了中草药发酵生物转化机理,论述了不同发酵工艺特性以及对发酵产品的影响,最终阐明了发酵中草药的优势,为中草药发酵领域的研究者提供一定的参考。
Fermentation of Chinese herbal medicine is an essential processing technique.The application of probiotics in the fermentation of Chinese herbal medicine can improve the efficacy and reduce the toxic and side effects of Chinese herbal medicine,and can play a good role of Chinese herbal medicine in clinical treatment.As an important microorganism in the fermentation of Chinese herbal medicine,probiotics complement each other and further promote the modern application of Chinese herbal medicine fermentation.This article elaborated on the types of strains used for probiotic fermentation of Chinese herbal medicine,providing a detailed introduction to the biotransformation mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine fermentation,and discussed the characteristics of different fermentation processes and their effects on fermented products.Ultimately the advantages of fermenting Chinese herbal medicine were elucidated,providing a certain reference for researchers in the field of Chinese herbal medicine fermentation.
