摘要
针对50C碳素工具钢经常出现的扁卷问题,从钢卷的受力状态、组织相变以及卸卷后的存放三个因素进行分析,通过对卷取张力、卷取温度等轧制工艺进行优化调整,得到了扁卷问题的解决方案,使碳素工具钢卷形得到大幅改善。
In response to the common problem of flat coils in 50C carbon tool steel,an analysis was conducted on factors such as the stress state of the steel coil,microstructure transformation and storage after unloading.By optimizing and adjusting rolling parameters such as coiling tension and coiling temperature,a solution for the flat coil problem was obtained,resulting in a significant improvement in the shape of carbon tool steel coils.
