摘要
唐钢新区炼铁厂现有3座高炉,投产后频繁长时间休风。高炉长时间休风后,炉况恢复初期热量调剂、炉前出铁组织、气流波动等问题尤为突出,导致加风困难,炉况恢复时间较长。唐钢新区炼铁部为降低长时间休风对高炉生产的影响,针对影响炉况恢复的环节进行优化,风量恢复时间由48小时以上缩短至30小时内。
There are currently three blast furnaces in New Area of Tangshan Iron and Steel Company,which frequently shut down for long periods after being put into operation.After a long period of wind break,problems such as the initial heat adjustment,iron tapping organization,and airflow fluctuations are particularly prominent in the early stage of furnace recovery,leading to difficulties in increasing air volume and a longer recovery time for furnace conditions.In order to reduce the impact of long-term wind break on blast furnace production,the links that affect the recovery of furnace conditions has optimize,and the recovery time of air volume has been shortened from more than 48 hours to less than 30 hours.
