摘要
结合四川荣州盐矿地质条件,提出了在该地区建造100万吨盐穴战略石油储备库的构想。本文分析了荣州盐矿顶板的封闭性,提出了利用双直井建造水平溶腔的思路,计算了建造100万吨储油规模所需要的腔体数量、矿柱宽度和规划面积,探讨了盐穴战略石油储备库在建设和运行阶段的投资运营方式,并对储油库的潜在经济收益进行了分析,可以为我国盐穴储油库的建设提供指导和依据。
According to the geological condition of Rongzhou salt mine in Sichuan province,the idea of constructing 1 million tons salt cavern strategic oil reserve in this area is put forward.This paper analyzes the closure of the roof of Rongzhou Salt Mine,puts forward the idea of using double vertical wells to build horizontal cavity,calculates the number of cavity,pillar width and planned area required for the construction of 1 million tons of oil storage,discusses the investment and operation mode of salt cavern strategic oil storage in the construction and operation stage,and analyzes the potential economic benefits of the oil storage.It can provide guidance and basis for the construction of salt cavern oil storage in our country.
