摘要 在盐化工企业中,汽轮机作为重要设备,为避免背压式汽轮机在启动中出现上、下汽缸温差大,可通过减少对空排汽流量,提高汽缸内蒸汽充满度的办法。同时,与适当缩短中、低速暖机时间,延长高速暖机时间,达到增加汽轮机进汽流量的办法相结合,达到汽轮机的安全快速启动,保障了盐化工生产系统后续设备的正常运转。 In salt chemical enterprises,steam turbine is an important equipment.In order to avoid the large temperature difference between the upper and lower cylinders of the back pressure steam turbine during start-up,the steam filling degree in the cylinder can be improved by reducing the air exhaust steam flow.At the same time,combined with the appropriate shortening of the medium and low speed heating time,extending the high speed heating time,to increase the steam turbine inlet flow,to achieve the safe and rapid start-up of the steam turbine,to ensure the normal operation of subsequent equipment in the salt chemical production system.
