深水油气田关键部件吊耳的铸造工艺设计

摘要 为满足深水油气田关键部件吊耳铸件的质量要求,对吊耳结构进行铸造工艺性分析,针对性地进行了造型制芯、分型、砂芯、冒口和冷铁、浇注系统、集渣槽和通气孔、反变形量等工艺设计,经生产验证后,吊耳铸件的质量和力学性能满足客户要求,对此类国产化吊耳的铸造工艺设计有借鉴参考作用。 As the key components of deepwater oil and gas fields,lifting eyes bear alternating loads.The ear position of the lifting eye needs to be dissected,and the mechanical properties of its central part must meet the standards.This puts high requirements on the internal quality of castings,which brings great difficulties for casting process design and subsequent production.A casting process analysis was conducted on the lifting eye structure,the process design of molding and core making,parting,sand core,riser and cold iron,pouring system,slag collection tank and vent hole,reverse deformation amount,etc.are introduced.The proposed plan is practical and feasible.After production verification,the quality and mechanical properties of the lifting eye castings meet the customer's requirements,hence providing reference for the casting process design of domestically produced lifting eyes.
