高硬度辊齿铸钢件的研究开发

摘要 针对辊齿铸钢件结构复杂、硬度要求高、尺寸公差要求高,且易出现齿位充不满、浇注胀箱跑漏等问题,采用发热冒口和缓冲式阶梯浇口,通过ProCAST模拟软件进行验证,优化浇注系统和冒口的设计,使浇注平稳,辊齿实现同时凝固,消除了缩孔。通过控制成分,做好浇注防胀防漏等保障措施,保证了辊齿的尺寸精度;通过合适的热处理工艺,达到了高硬度要求,生产出了达到客户要求的产品。 In response to the technical difficulties of complex structure,high hardness requirements,high dimensional tolerance requirements,and problems such as insufficient tooth filling and leakage during pouring of roll teeth cast steel parts,a heating riser and a buffer type stepped gate were adopted.ProCAST simulation software was used to verify and optimize the design of the pouring system and riser,ensuring smooth pouring,simultaneous solidification of roll teeth,and elimination of shrinkage holes.By controlling the composition and heat treatment process design,and implementing measures to prevent swelling and leakage during pouring,the dimensional accuracy and high hardness requirements of the roller teeth have been ensured,resulting in the production of products that meet customer′s requirements.
