柴油机排气管铸造缺陷分析及防止措施

摘要 介绍了柴油机排气管的铸造工艺及常见铸造缺陷,分析了气孔、砂眼、冷隔等缺陷产生的原因。针对性地提出了气孔、砂眼、夹砂、冷隔等缺陷相应的防止措施,以减低铸件铸造缺陷的发生率,提高铸件铸造质量。采取措施后,排气管铸件缺陷的发生率从13.3%降为了2.03%,铸造质量显著提高。 The casting process and common casting defects of exhaust pipe of diesel engine are introduced,and the causes of defects such as porosity,sand hole and cold insulation are analyzed.In order to reduce the incidence of casting defects and improve the casting quality,the corresponding preventive measures for porosity,sand hole,sand clamping and cold insulation are put forward.After the measures were taken,the incidence of defects in exhaust pipe castings was reduced from 13.3%to 2.03%,and the casting quality was significantly improved.
