摘要
基于气缸体铸件浇注系统排气工艺设计,通过对厚大砂芯掏空减重,减少砂芯发气量,并结合铸件结构和造型工艺考虑砂型、砂芯排气及补缩能力,有效解决铸件浇注过程中排气问题,减少铸件气孔等缺陷。
Based on the exhaust process design of the pouring system of the cylinder block castings,the exhaust gas of the sand core is reduced by hollowing out the thick and large sand core to reduce the weight,and the exhaust gas and feeding capacity of the sand mold and sand core are considered in combination with the structure and molding process of the castings,so as to effectively solve the exhaust problem during the casting process and reduce the defects such as pores in the casting.
