Brief Description of Application Practices and Development Prospects of V-Method Casting

V法铸造在我国已有近40年的应用,这期间广大铸造工作者大胆尝试、不断创新,不仅把V法铸造工艺应用到黑色金属铸造中,还在有色金属铸造方面得到了长足的发展。介绍了利用V法铸造生产铸件的几个实例,指出原材料性能的提升、设备的改进完善、工艺手段的不断完备,将会带动整个V法铸造行业的进步。

V-process casting has been applied in China for nearly 40 years.During this period,lots of foundry workers have made bold attempts and continuous innovations.The V-process has not only been applied to ferrous metal casting,but also achieved considerable development in non-ferrous metal casting.Several examples of V-process casting production are introduced.It is pointed out that the improvement of raw material properties,equipments and the continuous perfection of technological means will promote the progress of the whole V-process casting industry.
