基于AHP-DEMATEL-ISM的煤矿安全投入结构研究

摘要 为改善煤矿安全投入结构状况,更好地为煤矿安全生产服务,研究了煤矿安全投入结构影响因素的相互关系。采用m-IHEL理论分析煤矿企业安全结构,将其划分为人—机—环境—信息4个子系统,构建煤矿安全投入结构评价指标体系,并使用AHP-DEMATEL-ISM模型进行分析评价。研究表明:安全教育培训、采掘安全设备、信息管理系统、安全监控系统是影响煤矿安全投入结构的关键因素,企业应该加强人员投入,重视环境和信息在煤矿系统的作用,以提高煤矿智能化水平。 To improve the situation of coal mine safety investment structure to better serve coal mine safety production,the interrelationship of factors influencing coal mine safety investment structure was studied.By analyzing the safety structure of coal mine enterprises through m-IHEL theory,the coal mine safety system was divided into four sub-systems,including human,machine,environment and information.The evaluation index system of coal mine safety investment structure was constructed.The AHP-DEMATEL-ISM model was used for analysis and evaluation.The results show that safety education and training,mining safety equipment,information management system and safety monitoring system are the key factors affecting the safety investment structure of coal mines.The enterprises should increase the investment of personnel,pay attention to the role of environment and information in the coal mine system,and improve the intelligence management level of coal mines.
