本科高校教学实验室标准化管理探究

摘要 为了提升高校实验室管理水平和服务水平,提高实验室的使用效率,助力高校提高教育教学质量,本文梳理了高校教学实验室标准化管理的必要性,探讨了高校教学实验室在标准化管理意识、体制机制、监督管理机制及标准化管理的培训学习等方面存在的问题。从加强高校实验室标准化管理的角度出发,得出了高校应从提升实验室工作人员标准化管理的意识、健全实验室标准化管理的体制机制、建立完善实验室监督评价制度、强化实验室标准化管理的培训学习等方面提高实验室的标准化管理水平。 In order to improve the management level and service level of university laboratories,improve the efficiency of laboratory use,and help universities improve the quality of education and teaching,this paper sorts out the necessity of standardization management of university teaching laboratories,and discusses the existing problems in the training and learning of standardization management consciousness,system and mechanism,supervision and management mechanism and standardization management in university teaching laboratories.From the point of view ofstrengthening the standardization management of university laboratories,it is concluded that universities should enhance the laboratory staff's consciousness of standardization management,improve the system and mechanism of laboratory standardization management,establish and perfect the supervision and evaluation system of laboratory,and strengthen the training and learning of laboratory standardization management.
