干部政德教育培训标准体系构建与示范推广研究

Research on the Construction and Demonstration Promotion of the Standards System for Cadre Political Virtue Education and Training

山东省济宁市以“一院多区”的政德教育培训特色基地为载体,系统总结中华优秀传统文化融入干部政德教育培训的建设模式,本文按照GB/T 24421《服务业组织标准化工作指南》系列国家标准的基本要求,将标准化的理念和方法引入到干部政德教育培训的各个环节,探索搭建干部政德教育服务标准体系,持续提高干部政德教育工作质量和水平。标准化作为政德教育培训工作规范化的实现工具和不断推进政德教育体系化的重要手段,实现了有章可循、有规可依,为全国干部政德教育培训服务标准化建设提供了“济宁经验”。

Jining city,Shandong province,takes the characteristic base of“one college,multiple districts”for political virtue education and training as a carrier,systematically summarizes the construction mode of integrating excellent traditional Chinese culture into the political virtue education and training of cadres,and introduces the concept and methods of standardization into all aspects of the political virtue education and training of cadres in accordance with the basic requirements of the series of national standards GB/T 24421,Guidelines for standardization oforganizations in service sector.It explores the establishment of a standards system for political virtue education and training services for cadres,continuously improves the quality and level of political virtue education work for cadres,and uses standardization as a tool for realizing the standardization of political virtue education and training work and an important means to continuously promote the systematization of political virtue education.It has achieved a systematic and regulated approach,providing the“Jining experience”for the standardization construction of political virtue education and training services for cadres nationwide.
