井下工具产线的标准化设计与实现

摘要 本文从井下工具的生产工艺流程进行分析,介绍了井下工具的标准化产线的设计与实现过程,充分考虑了生产过程的兼容性、精密性、可靠性。技术上利用设备的可快速更换性及相似功能设备的共用性实现了不同规格产品的自动化生产。将视觉识别、精密抓取、精确定位等机器人技术与产线数据自动采集、分析、处理、可视化等数字技术有机融合起来,实现了产线标准化运行。同时,产线采用精确的扭力控制技术和水压测试技术,提升了产品的质量,保证制造过程稳定、受控。 This article analyzes the production process of downhole tools and introduces the design and implementation process of standardized production lines for downhole tools,fully considering the compatibility,precision,and reliability of the production process.The automatic production ofproducts with different specifications is realized technically by utilizing the rapid replaceable capability of equipment and the commonality of similar functional equipment.The organic integration of robot technologies such as visual recognition,precision grasping,and precise positioning with digital technologies such as automatic collection,analysis,processing,and visualization of production line data has achieved standardized operation of the production line.At the same time,the production line adopts precise torque control technology and water pressure testing technology to improve product quality and ensure stable and controlled manufacturing processes.
