兴安盟地方标准《空气负氧离子观测与评价技术规范》编制探析

Analysis on the Development of Xing'an League Local Standard Specification on observation and evaluation on air negative oxygen ion

为规范兴安盟空气负氧离子观测与评估、统一技术标准,编制了地方标准《空气负氧离子观测与评价技术规范》。本文通过介绍标准的编制背景和过程、主要技术内容和特点、重要问题研究等内容,总结了该标准的逻辑框架和创新点,同时对负氧离子观测与评估地方标准制定后产生的社会、经济、环境效益进行了展望。

In order to standardize the observation and evaluation of air negative oxygen ion in Xing'an League and unify the technical standards,the local standard Specification on observation and evaluation on air negative oxygen ion was developed.By introducing the background and process of the standard,the main technical content and characteristics,and the research of important problems,this paper summarizes the logical framework and innovation off the standard,and prospects the social,economic and environmental benefits after the development of the local standard on the observation and evaluation of negative oxygen ion.
