基于标准化视角的高职学生创业与就业指导体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Vocational College Students’Entrepreneurship and Employment Guidance System Based on Standardization Perspective

随着高校学生创业就业需求的日益增长,构建标准化的创业就业指导体系成为当务之急。本研究对高校学生创业就业指导的组织机构、服务流程、服务内容以及质量评价进行了系统探讨,提出了校内组织架构、校外合作组织、入学初期服务流程、毕业阶段服务流程、创业项目辅导、就业岗位推荐、学生满意度评价和成果达成度评价的标准化建设方案。研究旨在为高校提供一套科学、高效、可操作的创业就业指导标准化体系,以提升学生的创业就业能力,满足社会对人才的需求。

With the increasing demand for entrepreneurship and employment ofcollege students,it is imperative to construct a standardized guidance system for entrepreneurship and employment.This paper systematically discusses the organizational structure,service process,service content and quality evaluation of college students'entrepreneurship and employment guidance,and puts forward standardized construction schemes for on-campus organizational structure,off-campus cooperative organizations,initial enrollment service process,graduation service process,entrepreneurial project guidance,job recommendation,student satisfaction evaluation and achievement evaluation.The aim of the study is to provide a scientific,efficient and operable standardization system of entrepreneurship and employment guidance for colleges and universities,so as to enhance students'entrepreneurship and employment ability and meet the needs of society for talents.
