针灸标准化治疗卒中后顽固性呃逆的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Standardized Acupuncture Treatment on Intractable Hiccup after Stroke

目的:探究针灸标准化治疗卒中后顽固性呃逆的效果。方法:选择甘肃省武威市凉州医院2023年1月至2023年12月收治的卒中后顽固性呃逆患者82例,采用奇偶数法进行组别划分。41例常规西医治疗,组成对照组;41例在对照组基础上给予针灸标准化治疗,组成研究组。对比临床治疗总有效率、呃逆评分及生活质量。结果:研究组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后呃逆评分显著少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后生活质量显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:卒中后顽固性呃逆患者接受针灸标准化治疗能够取得较好的治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of standardized acupuncture treatment on intractable hiccup after stroke.Methods:82 patients with intractable hiccup after stroke were selected from Liangzhou Hospital,Wuwei City,Gansu Province from January 2023 to December 2023,and were divided into groups by odd and even number method.41 cases in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine.41 cases in the study group were given standardized acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,hiccup score and quality of life were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of hiccup in the study group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the study group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with intractable hiccup after stroke can get better therapeutic effect by standardized acupuncture treatment.
