标准化早期路径式康复护理对脑出血术后患者恢复效果的影响

Influence of Standardized Early Path-based Rehabilitation Nursing on the Recovery Effect of Patients after Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的:分析标准化早期路径式康复护理对脑出血术后患者肢体功能、神经功能恢复的影响。方法:选取东平县人民医院2021年2月至2024年2月收治的脑出血患者500例,500例患者均接受手术治疗,按照随机数字法分为对照组与观察组,每组250例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取标准化早期路径式康复护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后肩关节、膝关节、髋关节活动度、肢体功能评分、护理满意率均高于对照组,NIHSS评分、并发症发生率低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于脑出血术后患者,标准化早期路径式康复护理的应用可显著改善患者术后肢体功能及神经功能,且护理满意度提高、并发症率降低,具有可行性及安全性。

Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized early path-based rehabilitation nursing on the recovery off limb function and nerve function after intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 500 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to Dongping County People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were included.All 500 patients received surgical treatment,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number method,with 250 patients in each group.The control group took routine nursing,and the observation group took standardized early path-based rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,the mobility of shoulder joint,knee joint,hip joint,limb function score and nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and NIHSS score and complication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients after intracerebral hemorrhage surgery,the application of standardized early path-based rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the postoperative limb function and neurological function of patients,improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the complication rate,which is feasible and safe.
