标准化舒适护理在微创手术治疗小儿疝气患者围术期中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Standardized Comfort Nursing in Perioperative Period of Minimally Invasive Surgery for Children with Hernia

目的:分析标准化舒适护理在微创手术治疗小儿疝气患者围术期护理中的效果。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年12月蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院微创手术治疗的小儿疝气患者,共计80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组实施标准化舒适护理干预,对治疗效果进行比较分析。结果:患儿自主活动、排气、首次进食、住院时间相比,观察组均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度水平更高(P<0.05);术前以及术后7天患者疼痛程度未见差异(P>0.05),术后3天观察组患者疼痛程度更低(P<0.05)。结论:小儿疝气患儿在接受微创手术治疗阶段,为其提供标准化舒适护理,能够有效缩短患儿康复时间,避免并发症的出现,减轻疼痛,提升满意度。

Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized comfort nursing in perioperative period of minimally invasive surgery for children with hernia.Methods:A total of 80 children with hernia treated by minimally invasive surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received standardized comfort nursing intervention.The therapeutic effect was compared and analyzed.Results:The time of voluntary activity,exhaust,feeding for the first time and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The probability of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the degree of pain before surgery and 7 days after surgery(P>0.05),and the degree of pain in the observation group was lower 3 days after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the stage of minimally invasive surgery for children with hernia,providing standardized and comfortable nursing can effectively shorten the recovery time of children,avoid complications,reduce pain and improve satisfaction.
